Amazing customer service - ordered a netball skirt at 11am on Thursday, it was delivered to Auckland at 8am the following day.
Such awesome customer service. Had an issue with a faulty ball and they sent me a replacement straight away, no worries at all. It’s rare to get such amazing service these days so I’ll definitely be ordering from them again in future.
I ordered a sports trolley back on the 14th of April 2024 which cost $5462.50 including GST, I followed up multiple times to see where the gear was, initially I was told 4 weeks which was understandable for such a big item however on the 4th of June we still hadn't received our gear! I followed up again and in July was offered a full refund or a promise that the gear would be out in 2 weeks. It had been so long what was another 2 weeks right!? wrong, it was August and I was following up with the owner again who was away from work, working form home etc only to be told they were waiting on the powdercoater for the trolley to come back with an ETA, I was promised it would be out the following week for delivery with a 20% discount. I then advised they should remove the item from their website because it takes too long to receive. On the 20th of Sept we finally received the box of gear (without the trolley which apparently is still being made) half the gear missing (no elastics and no tennis balls and 4x bean bags short), no discount and still haven't heard back from EDsports since I let the manager Anna know that we hadn't received all the gear, its now the 24th of October! This has been a really annoying process for receiving gear that was paid for back in April! I had to initiate each conversation, there was absolutely no follow up from the store. I wouldn't recommend this business
