A little slow at the till but I think that falls under lack of concentration. They all were very accommodating when it came down to addressing us when looking for things. Very helpful.

Really good service, not sure the guys name but brought in a faulty backpack and he understood the fualt i had prevented the pack from actually being used for its intended purpose (used twice). Though there was some confusion around 12 month vs 6 month warranty he new on principle it should be covered and fixed the problem. Thats how you create loyal customers. Cheers mate!
