   I would like to say that our highlight of our visit to Napier was the hospitality and kindness shown by Allan. He not only found a bike that would suit my young daughter's height, he patiently explained to us how to use it. My bike lost its electric assist on our ride. Allan, came down in his car to help out. After we dropped our bikes back, Allan even offered to drop us off at the town center. Thank you for being such a great person. A great lesson especially my kids learnt that day. We will pay it forward. Thank you Allan for giving us more than bikes that day.

   Alan was very accommodating. He has the best prices compared to those in Marine Parade. We got an E-Bike at $35/pp for 4hours. His location/office may be in Ahuriri and not in the town center/Marine Parade but we realize it’s a good thing since it’s nice to start your route there; this way you’d be able to cover more ground, see more including Perfume Point, and just really enjoy the bike ride along the coast. The experience was great. Very great. Will definitely do this again when we come back to Napier! :)

   We had a fabulous ride on Allan’s beautiful E bikes. They were very reasonably priced and much cheaper than the competition. It was our first time riding electric bikes and he explained clearly - it’s easy! We rode for 2.5 hrs around the waterfront to the CBD - the bike paths are a great way to see Hawke’s Bay and the beautiful Art Deco city of Napier. Highly recommended. Our best outing on our 3 week NZ holiday from Australia.
