   I purchased something from this shop, it wasn't what I ordered no ones actual fault in particular. But the customer service I recieve was some of the best I have ever recieved. Ruth was amazing to deal with！ she went above and beyond to remedy the situation and even helped sort the other problems instantly. Bummer I don't live closer otherwise I would only deal with this shop！ highly recommend to anyone！

   Bought a crossbow about a year and a half ago. Has been in the shop for over a year after the bow snapped. (Arm of the bow) Still had no communication if it was being repaired. Called about every 2 months to see if it was done. After about 9 months I gave up hope.
