Met great people here and made good memories. John, the owner, was always willing to help and provide advice, regardless time of the day. Always had variety of jobs to provide, found me one just few days after my arrival. If you are looking for something more than just accommodation this is the place you wanna stay.”

“Our dog stayed there for one day daycare between Xmas and new year. We felt lucky they can accommodate us while it was last minute booking. We waited for about 15 minutes with another dog family at the reception for them to get to us for dropping off. Our wee dog was very tired for a few days after the stay but otherwise seems fine.”

“This one worker her name was Jade, I always see her there and she is the best worker I've ever seen. She once helped me out of a locked changing room, helped a little kid after they tripped, got something for this old lady off a tall shelf, hyped up this girl in some shoes she wanted to buy, and even helped this guy pick out a nice scarf for his wife. Once I accidentally was short five dollars and she payed the rest. This girl is amazing and deserves so much more than she is paid. Praise this woman she is beautiful on the inside aswell as the outside.”

“Both the owners and cleaning staff were polite and friendly. While I didn’t use the pool it was clean and looked like it was well maintained. Shower pressure was good and in our room the bathroom had plenty of space. Extra pillows were in the room and our towels were replaced regularly. Top of the list for future visits to Hastings.”
