Good facilities, everything worked well, easy access, especially for a big caravan. The wash booms went right around caravan which is fantastic. Totally recommend this wash business.
Easy to use facility. One stop shop for car cleaning with pretty cool coffee shop in the same block as well as a much needed bottle store across the road to quench one's thirsty after cleaning one's chariot.
I booked my car in for a Supreme Valet. Josh Henry did an amazing job inside and out. He went above and beyond in making sure the little things were cleaned and sorted. I was so surprised when I picked up my car. He not only explained which parts got an extra bit of care but also managed to remove really stubborn stains on the drivers door. To top it all off, he replaced my drivers mat which had seen better days. He also took time to explain to me other areas that had received attention. Thank you so much for the amazing service.
Equipment was averagetoday. Boot up times are long, the main water blaster was spraying me with more water than my truck, the coin machine ate two of my tokens. I'd usually clean up after my self but have left the mess there as the water blaster ended up breaking completely, Usually rate this place higher
We did a special clean inside and outside by the boys in Hastings. They did a fantastic job and our car looks brand new! Thank you!
Bad value, Rundown, Cluttered, Waste of money. ("The Clean Carwash", Hastings) $1 for 55 seconds is bad value especially when it takes 20 seconds for the product to reach the hoses. Leaving you with 35 seconds of usable time. Presoak was not working during my visit. I gave it the benefit of the doubt for 1 whole minute waiting for it to reach the hose before giving up and moving on. High pressure options are underwhelming and not very powerful. Bay panels are worn down and options/steps are out of order. Bays are cluttered with advertising for different companies which just adds confusion when attempting to read all signs and warnings. I decided to cut my losses and left with a dirty car. It's worth the extra 20min drive into Napier for Hugo's CarWash to get better value and chemicals. Would not recommend "The Clean Carwash", Hastings for self service wash bays.
The vacuums had powerful suction, $2 lasted a long time. Got the SUV done. It's the one locals prefer to use.
Yeah it's ok, nice location, laundromat next door if that's helpful. They only give you 50 seconds which is just cheap, if someone used a different setting before your immediately down to 40-30 seconds worth of actual product. I've stopped going because of that.
Very easy to use ... my car clean and looks good now!
