Good sent my husky and her pup and they loved it aand my husky was beautifully groomed bu these lovely people too would so recommend
Dropped 4 month old puppy there for the day ( first time). No vaccination or kennel cough check, wasn’t allowed to take a quick tour ( told had to book for this) a lot of screaming and yelling at the dogs was heard on drop off and pick up. staff were not friendly and far from helpful. Puppy spent the next two days vomiting and shitting water. $250 vet bill later. Would never use again and definitely not recommend.
Our dog stayed there for one day daycare between Xmas and new year. We felt lucky they can accommodate us while it was last minute booking. We waited for about 15 minutes with another dog family at the reception for them to get to us for dropping off. Our wee dog was very tired for a few days after the stay but otherwise seems fine.
Our pup loves his first doggy daycare stay!! Played with other dogs all day, and was bathed as well and nail trim which we didn’t expect. We have one very tired and happy dog, love it!
The test of whether this place is good or not is whether my lady dog wanted to go back after her first visit. The answer was she pulled my hand wanting to get in. Test passed....
Left my neo mastiff at the Kennels for 10 days, supplied chicken mince/ royal canin biscuits for the 10 day period, when picking my dog up he was under weight!! Once home he had brown water poos and throwing up everywhere. Unhappy Customer!!
Such an amazing place for my Marshie to go to through the days and to stay when we go away. So lucky to have the team at Chesterhope looking after him so well and with so much care and love.
Biscuit has arrived back from his Easter holiday very happy, clean, calm (as he can be) and in great condition. Thanks for taking such good care of him.
