   We had a large group of 27 teachers who were attending a conference. We had excellent service from Harry and Rosie from start to finish over our 4-night stay. I began communicating with Harry about 6 months beforehand. We had a few changes along the way, and he always managed these in good humour. Harry was very attentive, regularly stopping for a friendly chat as we sat outside our rooms enjoying the sunshine. He even helped out when one of our rental vehicles had a hiccup! The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Housekeeping was great, with fresh towels etc every day. Fantastic shower pressure in the downstairs units! Pretty quiet, good access to shops up the road. A handy dairy next door. The only issue we had was with the wifi (they have wifi, and we were provided access codes but none of us could seem to get a strong connection).

   Both the owners and cleaning staff were polite and friendly. While I didn’t use the pool it was clean and looked like it was well maintained. Shower pressure was good and in our room the bathroom had plenty of space. Extra pillows were in the room and our towels were replaced regularly. Top of the list for future visits to Hastings.

   The lady was rude she denied we had a booking we kept insisting we did and paid a deposit and had said what name it was under only then she checked.we paid up the room was nice beds not to hard shower was lovely but the shampoo and conditioner was empty. Oven wasn't clean from the last customer I cleaned it so we didn't get billed for someones mes. You couldn't watch TV the only channel available on sky was paw patrol, and history and animal channel and regular 1 and 2,3. The last morning the lady was only nice because someone else was present

   It was a comfortable place to stay. Nice and clean. I wish they can put a small sink for washing dishes and fill the kettle rather than using a bathroom hand basin. It was hard to wash dishes in a very small basin in the bathroom otherwise the beds are very comfortable if you prefer soft beds with the TV in the room. Bathroom is clean and the place is very handy to the city centre with 10min walk or 2min drive.
