Small but tidy room near Clive Square and the CBD. Friendly, helpful staff. A bit noisy above the main outside door for guests.
Awesome location as we were going to the Theatre. Room great. Nice big bed which was extremely comfortable
This was our third stay at Expressotel Napier Always good experience but needs a little improvement with the parking. Location is excellent. Walking distance to amenities. Room was nice and large and very clean. The walls were rather thin because we could hear the conversations of the neighbouring room. Not a major issue. Staff, Ms Evie was very pleasant, welcoming and friendly. Thank you for a great weekend. We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary there.
Check in process was a little slow but reception staff were very pleasant. The car parking is terribly tight and is a better deal to pay for the parking just across the road.the room was a great size and the area was perfect for strolling the streets to view the art deco buildings.
+ :Nice hotel. Good location. Great and helpful stuff. Clean - : poor isolation from cold weather, very old windows - limited parking space - very small shower to get in/out - fixed douche on 175-180cm, so if you tall you will need adopt somehow - no breakfast option - weak internet
Such a great place to stay, bed was comfy, great location and the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Will 100% be back.
Great location. No cooking facilities but heaps of nice places to eat in the area. Big comfortable beds
Spacious and comfy room, clean linen and towels, close to city centre, restaurants and bech, however: - No plug to utilise bath tub or sinks; - Previous guest rubbish left in bathroom; - Used bar of soap complete with attached hairs left in shower; - Hot room on entry, probably due to the next point; and - Broken AC unit that only works on hot setting.
Excellent location, so handy to everything. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Biggest bed we'd ever slept in and was so comfortable. Lovely friendly lady on reception explained everything to us, will definitely stay again.
