Sadly I found the customer service really lacking at Repco Napier. No help from any staff at all. I went to their opposition and was greeted as I walked in and offered any help. Now that's what I call service.
It's a good location, and the shop has everything you need for your car. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Always have the best service here, all staff are so friendly and fun to have a chat with. I couldn’t find a sump bolt online so I came to repco and they tried to help me out. Unfortunately no bolts were available so they recommended other places and even wrote them down for me. Amazing shop, amazing people and great prices too :)
Well, have to say it.. the best service I have come across in probably about 10 years. Sorry, can't remember staff members name, but he helped size me up for some new floor mats for my van. Not only did he show me varying sizes, but came out to my vehicle to see which would fit the best. Then offered to trim them if I needed them to. A lot of retail staff could learn a thing or to coming down and seeing how these guys not only greet customers, but make the purchase happy and memorable. This is what shopping is supposed to feel like.. thanks Team. Def be back..
