High quality room with coffee machine and fridge in the kitchenette. Beds very comfortable. Easy walk to town. Pak n save just across the road. Fuel there cheep
Beautiful building and rooms. But there is not good loading spot as it's on the corner of a round a bout. My first night the ac kept turning off making to room instantly muggy. I also had to cover up the ac controls as it was a bright spot light pointed directly at the bed. Finally found the option to turn off the auto-off for the second night. The breakfast on offer is OK. Good eggs to order. But not really any options on display otherwise. The dining area is small and cozy but I could see it getting noisy. Only 1 washer/dryer foe the whole building is unfortunate. And it still cost $4 to use. The staff was very nice and helpful though.
Rooms are clean, tidy very very quiet given the location, an easy 5 minute walk to the city centre and only 10 minutes to the sea front. Everything is still pettty new, rooms are well equipped, several supermarkets close by (pakandsave has excellent local wine choices) and the service is great. Only complaints are; more blankets and more teabags please. 2 teabags per couple per night is a little on the tight side. Otherwise, a really nice stay.
My wife and I, and our little dog, had a great 3 night stay in Napier. The dog feeder and water bowl in our room was a nice touch. Hotel modern, clean, comfortable and quiet and close to the places we wanted to access. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic weekend stay and were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade on arrival. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. Staff were genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
3 nights in the deluxe sute, spacious and comfortable with good views. Well positioned close to town and across the road from a supermarket. Only down side was lack of cutlery, and lack of bedding.
Beautiful, Deco designed rooms that were very clean and roomy. Friendly staff, great parking and very close proximity to downtown Napier. Would definitely stay here again.
Very happy with my stay here. Lovely hotel with clean, modern rooms and bathrooms. Only let down was that there was no microwave in the room.
Beautiful rooms, very modern and clean with underground parking. Great amount of space and the service was excellent. Breakfast didn’t have your typical wide variety or df options but it was still a great spread, and beautiful hotel. Our room only had a small window but My families rooms had a bigger windows with different room configurations. But overall very happy with spending 3nights there.
