Theatre team were wonderful Terry the anaesthetist, Bertrand my specialist/surgeon and theatre nurses were amazing. I remember a gorgeous Phillipino ? Man in recovery who took great care of me. Beautiful nursing care from Jayne(sp) , Karen and Lydia. Could not ask for better care”

To the midwives, administrative staff, and meal delivery team—thank you for your kindness, attentiveness, and the warm, reassuring support that made a difference in my experience. Your care ensured I always felt safe and well looked after. I am particularly grateful to the surgical team for their outstanding care during my C-section. “I've (unfortunately) had to go twice in 3 days so have been in when busy, and in when it's quiet and every time both myself and my whanau have been treated with the most incredible kindness and dignity, even before we got into the building - security saw we had a collapse on our hands and offered to help us with a wheelchair & showed us closer parking options, through to reception being concise and helpful along with everything the medical team did. Felt very lucky to be able to access this service. Thank you”

“Went there last night with my infant and stepson (first time coming to this one) and there was a bit of a wait but for once I actually didn’t mind as the 2 ladies that were on were incredibly helpful and friendly! We had to come back in this morning to have an xray done for stepson and again, a long wait which was to be expected as it’s a no appointment basis - but they have a cafeteria, tv and a water cooler to help yourself too, this place is just so inviting and beautiful! I think I’ll stick to this place from now on for my kids - staff are super friendly here and so attentive ! Well that was our experience anyway :) just wanna thank those 2 ladies from last night with my baby girl and stepson, hope they get to see this :)”

“I have to preface this by saying that i had a really bad experience with someone who helps take the calls for The Doctors company itself but...... I was met with a phone call which i was highly disappointed with and whilst in a lot of pain was the last thing i wanted to deal with. I then went onto ask if i could speak to a nurse and was told because i have some outstanding fees that i would have to pay before i could talk to anyone at the practice....... Anyway While i waited for a nurse to call me back with all my faith in the health system in NZ lost i was met by 1 call from a nurse called Jill and another call from a nurse called Nicky from the Green Meadows practice. These 2 ladies were absolutely incredible and made me feel like they really cared about patients and the job they are passionate about. It made my day and completely restored my faith that there are people in this industry who still care and do there absolute best to help when you are sick or need medical advice. 5 Stars for Nicky & Jill thank you for your support!”
