   I've been home for a day from an absolutely amazing experience, thanks largely to the staff. The care was top-notch from the second I arrived, until I was discharged. Shoutout to Archie (the anesthesiologist) His bedside manner is very calming. Top bloke. And I'd be remiss not to mention my surgeon, Christopher Kennel. His support was outstanding and appreciated more than these words can express! PS: the food is great too.

   The place needs a lot more signage. Starting at the parking area, which is not clear whether it is paid parking. I took a risk that it was not. No sign on outside of building to point to entrance. I tried 3 doors before I got in. Inside was like a ghosttown. I may have seen 5 other patients walking around. Again, hardly any signage. Finally found my department, after having to go through some complicated door system. Staff was friendly and helpful. Whole department felt like it had just started. Still hardly any people around. I got lost on the way out. Again, no sign "exit" or the like. Once back in the main hall, same problem. First door I tried was locked. Second door opened to outside. No staff around in the hall, no front desk or information point. I was glad I got out.

   As previously said protect yourself as a patient that your surgeon goes over everything prior . Kaweka no need reply as nothing can fix the damage done .
