   I love this pharmacy I went into this pharmacy last week and spoke to a mature lady .(i apologise not getting your name) she was very nice and welcoming .after telling her my problem she gave me the right stuff. The lady is a real credit to your pharmacy and I wish all customer service was like this thank you.

   My mother and I experienced racial profiling while picking up a prescription from this pharmacy. The lady at the counter was very very rude, passive aggressive and was watching over us in the store as if we were going to steal something. The pharmacy said there was 'difficulties' accessing the proof for my prescription despite my doctor being quite clear (several times during several phone calls) that it had gone through. This happened across several hours, with me ringing the pharmacy several times to ask if my prescription had come through and being met with rude comments like "ugh its them again" etc. It wasnt until my doctor emailed the prescription to them that they apparently finally got the prescription. My Mum and I raced down to the pharmacy (as it was about to close) which is only 2 minutes away from our house. There wasnt even a 5 minute window between the email being recieved and my mum and I reaching the pharmacy yet when we got there my prescription was fully labelled and packaged. The ladies at the counter were waiting for me and smugly handed the prescription over, it was quite degrading really. There is no way that they could package myprescription that fast (as it was made of several medicines in several different packagings). I think that my prescription had been packaged and was ready for me earlier in the day, and that for some reason which I am assuming race, they were with holding it from me. Its a shame because overall I do not think the pharmacy is racist but that there are a few individuals who are racist and this was evident in the discrimination towards my mother and I and made the experience at this pharmacy really unpleasant. Also, kia ora Andrew! For some reason I am not able to reply to your comment but yes I am sure it is this pharmacy! I left the review a little while after the day that I came in to get my prescription! My family often goto this pharmacy as its the closest to our home!
