“I went to Sketchers Tower Junction today with my Mum as we both wanted walking shoes, no one in store when we entered and a girl stood at the counter but avoided eye contact and did not greet us or offer assistance. I decided to find shoe sizes and basically serve myself and my Mum. When I did this we were suddenly assisted by a lovely friendly young woman, we were given exceptional service from Georgia (the manager). We ended up buying three pairs of shoes and I was happy with the service we received from Georgia and complimented her as we left. It’s a shame that other staff member wasn’t up to serving us today.”

“Yesterday, I went to buy a pair of sandals at Skechers Northlands Mall. When I arrived, there was another customer ahead of me, but Hasmin greeted me warmly. She let me look around while she attended to the other client. When I asked her for my size, she quickly assisted me. Hasmin was very friendly and even complimented the pair I had chosen. I had a wonderful experience at this branch and would gladly return to be helped by their staff again in the future.”

“I never leave reviews, but this was needed. Like others, in the past I have gone into this shop and found not the best welcome, but no anymore. I am so pleased to see that they have clearly taken on feedback and improved the service to customers. I used to feel a bit judged when walking in there, but on the last few occasions I have been greeted with a cheerful hello, followed by no pressure attentive service. This has been from multiple staff on different occasions recently. Thank you very much for such a fantastic experience.”
