   good shop, changing rooms are disgusting! i can tell it was made by a man, there were slits in the door frames so EVERYONE could see me changing. the door only opens outwards, so if you want someone to come in everyone will see you. plus, the room and walls were very small, so your legs were showing and if you were tall people would see your head. please be careful ladies, this is a very scary place to be vulnerable. good store just dont try on anything!

   Don’t even deserve a one star, terrible customer service and got given extreme sarcasm when we tried to point out that their prices online were different (it clearly says online the deal applies in store as well) clearly need some training on the CGA rules or at bare minimum some training on common respect towards customers

   I wasn’t greeted in store at all while I was browsing which made me uncomfortable. There were two girls behind the checkout talking to each other the whole time. Even while I was being served at the counter they were talking between themselves

   came in the other day on a tuesday was served by chloe i have never felt so judged and belittled by a worker before. she had a served a customer prior to me and treated her like a person, but when she came to me i was treated like an animal. this made me begin to wonder if i’m the issue. is it because i am a person of colour? is this what cotton on stands for?

   It's ok but the lady at the counter during Boxing Day was a little less friendly than the others. Made me re-think of my experience here, would probs try a different outlet before trying a different store but so hesitant to come back to this specific branch.

   I walked into this store and I was not greeted by any of the staff. Instead I had to walk up to a staff member and ask for some assistance. It seemed as though I was interupting something special that they were doing. I was the only person in the store so I was confused and thought to myself what could be more important than making money for the store. They were rude and they were not friendly at all. I would really like it if the manager of this store would contact me. Please.

   Ordered online on 27th Dec to click and collect told on 6th Jan in store ordered has been shipped (couldn't say when) asked customer service 11th told you guessed it order has been shipped wait for email from store .... Poor service and unrealistic wait for delivery will not be ordering online again.
