   Turned up to buys a couple.of jumpers on the $20 sale walked in and started looking. The assistant then said you have to leave because she wanted lunch she had a group.of friends waiting insisting she hurry up. She informed me she would be back later. I went had a look at other shops and hour later still not opened again! No warning, no sign up to advise shop would be closing. Poor communication and service

   This store is NOT in Northlands Shopping mall anymore. I looked. It either moved or NO LONGER at this location so take this site down pronto.

   Very poor customer service.i went to miller’s in the morning but the lady who served us was so rude, though they have good clothing selection but i will not go their just because of rude customer service. They should hire someone who will be polite and respect other people’s choice.

   Millers is the worst brand, I ordered few things online after 1 and half months ago I haven't got my order yet but excuses. I would never buy anything from them ever again .this is about millers online not northlands mall millers.

   Went to Millers northlands, the staff member ignored me completely as I strolled around the store. I went passed the counter where she was and not once did she acknowledge me. I found a jacket I wanted to buy. I lined up at the counter and there was a lady being served at the time, she had been there for quite some time with the staff member discussing what she wanted to buy. Not once was I ankowledged or spoken to by the staff member or even offered to go ahead of the person taking a long time over their dicision since I had a straight forward purchase. I put the jacket back and walked out after waiting for too long without any form of curtious interaction. I won't be going back to this store. Very poor customer service that costs the store sales.

   Usually very happy with Millers at Northlands. Last weekend spent $125.00 on 5 items. Two tops i returned today as the sleeves of M jumpers were far too long. Told they don't do refunds not their polocy but a credit to spend back at Millers. Im not impressed .
