   Hi there, I hope to get a response from you guys and potentially Head Quarters. I was in glassons yesterday and I should have never walked in to the store I should have gone to CBD store as they are lovely. The staff in Riccarton are seriosly disappointing over and over again. I gave myself another chance to have a positive opinion on the shop but it certialy didn't change anything. Think I got served by jade/jayda (not not sure her exact name) and I am so sorry for anyone who has to work with her. Personally I think service with a smile is a huge factor in retaill and I have never seen anyone with a worse face EVER. No smiles, No positive attitude, no respect for her workers or customers. I am not impressed and am very disappointed in the service that she provided. I wouldn't be making this strong complaint if it was only me that has had this issue with the shop/jayda, not only was it me but I have found our that my friends and co workers have had the same issues with her that we have been discussing. Working in a clothes shop you should be ecgnoliging all shapes and sizes... further more my friends have felt this with jayda' when asking for sizes in bikinis, pants and purchasing. Their words "I felt horrible after asking for a size 12 in something, I have never been insecure about my weight before this". It felt like she looked down on me, my friends and my co workers for not being the ideal type/size. This is not exceptional and she should be reviewed. Hope to see a reply to this review. Thanks

   My daughter had a very unpleasant experience in this store over the Black Friday period. She left without buying anything and was met with glares from the staff. This seems to be a trend with this store and this company... Perhaps a change in how you train your staff may be in order...

   Brought my daughter some new trackpants from here, she went to try them on at home and there is a poo stain in the inside of the pants! Tried to take them back but they wouldnt refund or change them. Gross.

   I never expect going to glassons to be a pleasant experience because of what the staff are known for. However when I went in today it was a great experience. I have mobility issues so as I was waiting for my sister to get changed in the changing rooms, one of the staff quietly came up to me and offered me a place to sit as she could see that may be of help. It was such a nice gesture as most people tend to just stare. I really appreciated her going out of her way to make me feel comfortable.

   Thank you so much for writing this because that was me.I was the one being treated like that in the store, and I can’t even express how uncomfortable and humiliated I felt. I’m 22 years old, I’ve got a graduate job, and I was literally just shopping with my 12-year-old sister definitely not there to steal anything.As soon as I walked in, I could feel them staring and whispering. It was so obvious and completely out of nowhere. I wasn’t even doing anything suspicious I was holding a top and waiting for my mum to call. That’s it. And then they started looking at me like I was a criminal.It was so rude, so uncalled for, and honestly just embarrassing. I’ve never been treated like that at Glassons before. I’ve shopped there for years and have always been a respectful customer. I’m honestly still so shaken by the whole thing. One of the girls name Chloe was flatting with an old friend of mine seems like she’s is bringing old drama into work when I’m not involved I really hope this gets taken seriously, because no one should be made to feel like that especially in a public space where we’re supposed to feel welcome. I have emailed the manger and Glassons I hope to get an apology as this is so digusting they need to look at the cameras. I was almost about to call security on them

   The manager really does need to be addressing staff's unprofessional behaviour. Dressing in a bra for work is inappropriate and unprofessional. Shocking to even women. So please have your staff dress professionally at work. No-one wants to see your staff member's breasts. Her bra came down to just above her nipple line and I could see stretchmarks all over her breasts. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least. Also, I asked a staff member who was standing at the front area daydreaming, if she could help me find an item of clothing, to which she lead me to another staff member, who was busy serving a customer, and asked her if she could assist me??! I did feel somewhat sorry for the other staff member for the way this staff member was treating her. Both the staff member in the bra and this experience was enough to not want to come back. The selection of clothing isn't really good enough to put up with poor customer service like this.

   Thank you very much for an amazing shopping experience at Glassons at Westfield Mall in Riccarton. Three amazing ladies who went out of their way for me to find what I was looking for. They made me feel like a million bucks, put the item I wanted to purchase on hold for 2 days, because I wanted to double check something before buying it. And honestly, that day I found what I was looking for in another store. However, I went back and purchased the pair of pants the next day (because I really like them) and because their service was one in a million!

   I have been in the Riccarton store twice this week and I have to say the staff and service was amazing. It has been a long time since I've received such great service. The two young ladies that I encountered were absolutely lovely and nothing was a problem. I was also very impressed at their delivery service and on the last occasion I received the goods the very next day. Thanks, will definitely shop there again.

   Idk why majority of girls that work at Glassons act like they are gods gift. It doesn’t hurt to be respectful especially considering its your job and you’re being payed for it Shorter blonde girl with the pink shirt on today needs an attitude check.
