I am about to bought 8 items w/ bags each but been rejected to be given bags as she said only 3bags could fit my 8 item.Get 3item for 1 bag.I don't get the logic,how would they value there customer?15/12/2025

Was in CH-CH for weekend, called into Adidas in Dressmart lovely young blond lady asked me for help, she was so helpful even though she was rushed off her feet she went the extra mile, checking out back for the correct sizing etc, she was very friendly. walked out buying more than I thought. Well done Adidas for having great staff on board makes a huge difference
I visited this store for a new pair of runners. I was greeted by AJ, who was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He recommended the Supernova Strides, and they came with a special storewide discount. I was thrilled with my purchase, as well as the exceptional service AJ provided. On the checkout, DM Josh, also had a very friendly and welcoming presence. As a team, both AJ and Josh do a fantastic job at providing genuine advice and expertise to their customers.
Came in today and got some thing for my son and Mija was lovely always has a smile on her face and was so helpful
Had great specials but, I had chosen some shoes and first they were in the wrong box, (I didn't want the box), then they were the wrong gender (that didn't worry me) then she checked with another staff member, still waiting. Finally they were new in and their stock count was out. I just left and went to another store. They really need to sort their customer service out.

i tried just one t-shirt didn’t like it wanted to hang on hanger a Very rude girl was there she pulled t-shirt so hard security tag hit me hand so hard ,no apology!? even after that she looks so angry i didn’t buy anything but left the store immediately. stay home if you don’t wanna work !
Whatever I found and liked to buy it in Adidas App could NEVER be found in this outlet. I could not even find ANY size Small pants in this store on Saturday 16/07/2022 to make sure if I buy a pant online it will be the correct size, you believe it?! The staff will always recommend you to go to Rebel Sports on the opposite side of the road because they never have it in store! Highly disappointed and it has always been such a waste of time and money to drive and spend on fuel to buy from this shop. If you choose to buy online then you officially have to wait for 15 to 20 days for the items to arrive, if they send the right item you may become happy otherwise you have to call and ask for refund! Totally disappointed.
