   Wanted to exchange a product that was clearly faulty and yes i was informed about the no exchange, but how am i supposed to wear a shirt with rips? when i left the store, the lady just gave me this nasty look, never coming back. bad service, and very rude staff.

   Very rude customer service. They had a sale and price was displayed. Went to checkout and price was different. When questioned about the price the manager said the sale ended yesterday but still displaying sale price. After disputing they gave the items on the marked sale price. At the end the manager said no returns or refund on sale items. While we were waiting we noticed few other customers faced the same issue. Very unprofessional and rude service. They aren't not going to get any more business from us and they need to change the prices as soon as the sale ends and beware check your receipts as they overcharge .

   The manager at dresssmart Glassons Christchurch was extremely rude.I called them to check if the items I bought recently could be refunded and the answer was no refund but exchange.So I went to the store to exchange, but the manager said no exchange or refund, everything is final sale. soon she changed her mind but became more mean, asking me lots questions,I asked why she said no at first but now yes, I was confused, she refused to answer. The whole process was very unpleasant, I left without nothing being solved I couldn’t stand her rudeness and confusing return policy. She even yelled at me when I walked out the store.

   The Worst Experience at GLASSONS ! I am a retail manager and if any off my staff were standing behind the counter like they do they wouldn't have a job. We walked in No one said hello at all. All 4 of them were talking around the counter. We wanted to find a item but they were so unapproachable and talking about there personal business loudly on the floor we didn't even try. I've never experienced anything like it i was blown away.

   Really sad about my experience in this Glassons, had at least 4 staff standing around doing absolutely nothing and not talking to my friends and I when we came in. I accidentally dropped a pile of sweaters looking for my size and got no help, I was so embarrassed and wanted to put everything I was going to buy back. I’m sure at least one person witnessed, I tried to say “hey” to one of the staff to apologise and ask for help but she just scowled at me. When I did end up making a purchase the manager was really nice but not a single other person talked to me the entire time, bit slack when there’s more staff than customers in the store.
