I donβt usually post bad reviews but this experience was crazy: the shop owner was so rude & made us feel so uncomfortable. Would not return or recommend. The selection was pretty good but itβs not worth it to feel uncomfortable and watched the whole time you try things on and told off for not liking things.

Go here if you want rude service! I found it quite unusual that I was not able to browse their range of dresses. I had to describe the event I wanted it for and what I was looking for. When I explained that I really wanted to try some dresses to help me decide what I wanted to buy I was told that it was not a trying on type of shop. The woman who helped me on the first day brought a range of dresses out and I tried one on. I said I liked it but it was my first shop, and first dress, and I wanted to look around before purchasing. I was told that they prefer people to come last (as if I knew where to start!!!). I was also told not to show anyone if I bought it because "everyone has opinions". There were "no photograph" signs so I couldn't take a pic to show a friend for an opinion either. I did go back the next day with a friend. Asked if I could try the dress on again. I did try the dress on. I asked if I could look at the other dresses they had to be sure. The lady, not the same lady as the first day, said that I was told on my first visit that it wasn't a store for trying on. My friend clarified that I was going to buy a dress but I just wanted to see what else they had. She reluctantly agreed and brought out about four or five dresses that wouldn't have been suitable for the event. I did buy the dress. It is my back up dress for the event. I'm still looking but I won't be looking there! I will never recommend this place. If I wasn't from away (where you can't buy dresses like I needed) I would have walked away from the purchase.

What a disappointing visit we had to Vivacious on Wednesday after having the shop recommended to us for dresses for a special occasion and for an older, very little lady. There was a huge amount of stock and we asked from the beginning for help to find something. We did indeed get some choice of dress provided but certainly left feeling as if we were more of a hindrance than valuable customers.

I don't normally post reviews but the experience my sisters, mother and I had today when looking for something for a family wedding, was so unpleasant I just need to share to save others the same. Please be thoughtful when helping older women who struggle to find clothes to fit their tiny frame. It takes a lot of courage to even try something on! Luckily we went to another shop where the saleswomen were so kind and helpful - they saved the day and Mum found a gorgeous dress which made her feel fantastic.

The team were fantastic when I went in with an hour to find something to wear for a function. They found the perfect outfit, which I would never have picked out for myself but loved! They even threw a quick couple of stitches into it, gave it a steam and handed to me on a hanger, all set to race home, get changed, and get to the function on time.

Worst shopping experience Iβve ever had. I wanted to return a jacket I had bought and they made such a fuss making rude comments such as βwell I never buy anything unless Iβm absolutely sureβ which is no help and designed to make me feel ashamed for having changed my mind. They made me feel terrible on purpose and even forced me to spend the store credit at that moment which was very inconvenient and horrible as they whispered about me while I looked for something to exchange. They didnβt even try to help me choose something. So rude. Totally overpriced products and so overstuffed with clothes that itβs hard to look through the racks. Will never return. They should be ashamed.

Was excited to be looking for a dress for my daughter wedding, well I lost that excitement only after 5 minutes of being in this store, owner just down right rude and not helpful, it's like she has a secret stach of dresses she hides out the back and you can only see them if she thinks you are worthy to view, well one tip never judge a book by its cover, I'm sure you have watched pretty woman! I will be spending my money elsewhere

My daughter and I had a shocking experience in this shop. I had watched there Facebook page and felt sure I would find something gorgeous for Mother of the Bride. We arrived first thing Monday morning very excited only to be treated very badly. She had clearly gotten out of the wrong side of the bed and couldn't be bothered with either of us. This is a destination shop as there is no other shopping available. She made us feel unworthy of her time. Smarten up people this is not the way to treat your customers!!

Lovely selection of clothes. I spent $330. I left feeling dissatisfied. They treated me like a 2nd class citizen. There were other customers in there that were obviously much more deserving of their time, friendliness and service . Seriously, I was looked up and down, ignored. Told to put a mask on even though another customer and the very unfriendly woman who took my money were not wearing one. You know that line of being on the verge of only just being polite before you are just out right rude. They were there. The other customers would have left feeling wonderful. I feel really sad about it.

Awful experience! My cousin and I were exploring options for mother of the bride and mother of the groom (different weddings). We were told we couldn't view their stock unless we were purchasing that day and to come back when we were ready to purchase! We were shocked as it was a ridiculous expectation. Left and let her know we weren't coming back! Their loss..we purchased that day, different store and an amazing experience, spent $900 between us.
