Bought my daughter some boots couple weeks back great service from the young lass behind the counter will definitely shop here again
Picked up a click and collect order and the woman who served me was incredibly rude. The shop had zero customers and multiple staff members standing around chatting when I walked in but still had to wait for a staff member to actually go up to the counter, when she finally approached she didn’t even greet me and seemed to have an attitude problem. Really puts me off wanting to shop at the store, think I’ll just stick to online orders.
Young girl in the shop today had no product knowledge whatsoever and couldn’t even manage a smile. She was very unapproachable and unfriendly. Looked like she hated her job… Not a great experience.
I went to Sketchers Tower Junction today with my Mum as we both wanted walking shoes, no one in store when we entered and a girl stood at the counter but avoided eye contact and did not greet us or offer assistance. I decided to find shoe sizes and basically serve myself and my Mum. When I did this we were suddenly assisted by a lovely friendly young woman, we were given exceptional service from Georgia (the manager). We ended up buying three pairs of shoes and I was happy with the service we received from Georgia and complimented her as we left. It’s a shame that other staff member wasn’t up to serving us today.
My wife and i went into Sketches Tower Junction on Friday morning 17/03/23 early 9am. No one in the car park and no one in the shop except for two assistants. We required three pair of walking shoes and some tee shirts. The RAP music in the store was so loud I couldn't converse with my wife. (I hate rap music ). Asked the assistant turn off the music while we shopped. No one else in the store. She came back and said she's not allowed to turn off the music but turned it down minimally. We both walked out and went to Riccarton Mall. We found what we were wanting to buy but not at Sketchers. Very non flexible on the music. Your loss not mine. By the way our Asics are great. I'm lead to believe retailers are suffering. I tried to help. Grant
Bought two pairs of Skechers today at Tower Junction, Christchurch. Very happy with my purchases but less so with the customer experience. Matthew, who served me, didn’t ask if I was a member of the rewards scheme and put the sale through. When I told him I had a loyalty membership, he shrugged his shoulders and said ‘oh well, too late’! His blasé attitude was disappointing. I have purchased shoes from this store previously and had excellent customer experience.
I went in to buy my Husband some shoes, he is on crutches for a few weeks and needed something for around the house with his good foot. Jenny was super helpful and recommended the correct pair of shoes. Her customer service and attention detail was amazing!
