“Delicious meal! Fresh bartered blue cod and amazingly well cooked chippies, all the food our table had was delicious and they served a table of 6 all at the same time. Our server was great, personable and accommodating and the bar staff was great too. Great price for what you're getting, $30 for two big filets of blue cod and a great side of chips (skipped the salad)”

“This is one of few takeaways that actually made me feel full after eating. Too often I've found other places aren't quite as nourishing and get hungry soon afterwards. Not here though. I was good for the rest of the evening when I was finished eating. The burgers here are superb. Well worth what you pay for them.”

“Last day in Christchurch and glad to come across this teppanyaki restaurant. Is value for money for the set menu and we selected chef suggestion which come with Beef, Prawns and Chicken . The set also comes with an appetiser, miso soup and rice and the portion is generous. The chef is quite skilful and the beef is superb tasty , tender and not overcook even I ordered for medium well. “Best subway in town by far, I live in Brighton and usually go there or Eastgate, however these guy in papanui today deserve a top notch review.
