   Worst chip kebab, worst customer service, portions for price is atrocious. I ordered my food waited, another guy orders, doesn’t even starts theirs for a couple of minutes. Then also takes an extra 10 minutes making 4 other customers wait and some even left.

   I just found out that this place is under new Management. I've always liked the kebabs to a point but the new Manager has changed things around. The food was incredible. I've been to many kebab places and the food here beats them all. Here, in Linwood of all places. Can you imagine it? I even struggled to finish my regular-sized mixed kebab combo due to the size and that's not like me. I can usually eat anything. I'm glad I didn't buy the large. Lol The Owner seems to be a lovely man and I believe he deserves all of the patronages that can be brought to bare. Keep this guy open. He's not trying to serve tiny, bland-tasting portions for top dollar like everyone else seems to be in Eastgate. We need to look after the good ones. My only suggestion to him is that he Change the company name to get away from the stigma that came before him.

   Kebab & Roast at Eastgate mall can be your “okay” option as there nothing to be very excited about it. The food and service were average. Good portion but that’s not always the thing you are looking for, eh?

   We had the roast on our first visit and thought they were good value for money but on the second visit we decided on kebabs and I requested a gluten free wrap. First they were going to put it in the same toaster as the non-gluten free wrap instead of completely wrapping the food first, then the server put Bulgur wheat in it and I noticed little care was given to cross contamination. Needless to say I took it home for hubby for supper and went and got some sushi instead. There is a serious educational need here.

   Purchased the large and yes good portion size. Generous amount of meat BUT it's like buying a roast chicken from a Supermarket, ripping it apart and serving it with Salad like something you could make at home. Customer service could improve also.
