We called on phone the guy took the order but he cut the phone while we talking and we got there the woman was so rude by chucking the salad we asked for more salad we are paying so much for the food and this large size bowl in this is nothing other place I have eaten in subway they fill the bowl up this one there's so less. I paid for so much they didn't put all the sauces or salad which I asked. And we had 2 footlong and the bread wasn't even fresh and the chicken was not at standards. I will not come back here and I recommend not going here if you are going.

I recently visited Subway around 8β―PM and had an excellent experience! The staff were friendly, but one person really stood out β an Indian boy who served me. He was extremely polite, patient, and attentive, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even offered helpful suggestions and made the whole ordering process smooth and enjoyable. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty, and the overall atmosphere of the store was clean and welcoming. Itβs rare to see such genuine customer service, especially at that hour, and it definitely made my visit memorable. I highly recommend this Subway for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service

Went for lunch with my two kids. Let me be clear, the two staff were pleasant and trying their hardest, but, it was clear they were very poorly supported in training by store manager and owner who were both absent. No food allergy plan or chart available. Impossible to order as son has anaphylaxis to egg. Both staff had never seen the chart in store. All other Subways have one. Easily the worst Subway in Canterbury despite two staff that were trying their hardest. Owner needs to sell if they are going to destroy the Subway brand. National Subway headquarters notified.

Went to subway hornby branch during lunch time today was the only customer in the shop at the time so no rush, however I got this absolute monstrosity of a βmeatball subβ. For starters some of the meatballs werenβt even in the sub at all and then I had some unearthly Like part of βlettuceβ in my sub that I nearly choked to death on attempting to consume. While eating my sub I had unripe lettuce n spinach which caused me to spit out my mouth full due to how disgusting it was. Wasnβt even asked if I wanted my sub toasted or not or even offered the chance for some salt n pepper. I love subway but come on this is where I draw the line, absolutely not.
