This place was a let down got there 2 hours before closing was only allowed to order a drink from the fridge no tap or no big bottles we were coming for a couple after work wanting to wind down got evil looks by the bar worker whole time we were there, then we got told it was closing time half an hour before they’re meant to close and bare in mind we were completely sober no harm to anyone just new to the pub and felt un welcomed will not be back it sucked only good for locals not a good look.

I wouldn’t say the establishment was the problem, My issue lays with the female bartender. Now I’m a little unsure on what her problem was but she was overcharging me for drinks as I’m assuming she was under the impression that I had been drinking beforehand which I had not but nevertheless she carried out her duties with disrespect and discrimination. I highly encourage you to proceed with caution. Now don’t get me wrong I don’t like to make complaints I’m more of the type to jump over the bar and throttle you but I’m new to the area and I do not wish to leave that kind of impression on my community.

Went to Mad'z Drink 'n' Dine on a Friday night, completely empty. On arrival the bartender was rude didn't smile or make us feel welcome. Ordered 2 x different 12s. Both tasted disgusting, took back told them and got bottled drinks. She was rude and didn't care. A local came in and we got talking, was told the beer always tastes dirty, they don't care, so they get bottled beer aswel. I don't recommend this place at all. What a shame as its a great venue. Let and went to a pub 30 mtrs down the road and was packed and amazing vibe.
