   Best subway in town by far, I live in Brighton and usually go there or Eastgate, however these guy in papanui today deserve a top notch review. Friendliest staff especially the staff serving us Cherie she made the best subs we've had to date! On top the dinning area was super clean and inviting. May have to travel across town for our subs now :)

   I visited subway papanui today, and I was served by a polite lovely guy. i’ve been here a few times with no issues and all of the staff seem to be incredible workers who are nice and friendly. however, when i visited today, this blonde older woman who i assume was a manager of some kind was being extremely rude to the boy serving me, telling him to “hurry it up” and was leant over a counter barking things at him with this horrible surly facial expression. i got the impression that the person serving me had forgotten his name badge and she was telling him to get it. i found it completely inappropriate that she was speaking to him this way, also speaking this way to him whilst he was in the middle of serving me ?? and he continued to be professional and polite with me despite this rude blonde lady grumping at him. never had any issues here before, but i hope that woman speaks to her staff more kindly in future, both infront of customers and off the shop floor. sub was great as well.

   Honestly, I am not one to write google reviews but I feel like I need to on this occasion. I walked in and stood at the counter and waited patiently for the employees to finish their chat before serving me. The employees on shift were not friendly and behaved as if having a customer was an inconvenience. I usually love subway Papanui but was left pretty disappointed by my experience this evening, hoping maybe the workers were just having an off day. I was served by Brooke

   Very rude behaviour of staff and they didn’t allow us to dine in at 7:55pm. They say we are closing soon while they were closing at 9:00 pm. Very disgusting, rubbish staff

   this is my favourite subway to come too. service is always amazing and so quick and efficient. they have customers best interest at heart all the time. the place is always spotless. 10/10 place. love it here!

   Ordered two subways one pork riblet with extra cheese and extra pepperoni and the other the pizza melt subway with extra pepperoni and cheese.. just to receive the pork riblet sub without the pork and extra cheese and only with pepperoni and a couple slices of cheese. And the other subway with just few slices of pepperoni and couple slices of cheese. Either someone was high on drugs making my meal or they have a hard time reading cause they placed the receipt on the bag with it all ticked off. Terrible service. Have made a complaint and have asked for a refund. Do better. Simple $40 for both subs and it’s missing half it.

   Horrible Service. I want to report to that Store management about one of the male staff working on 23rd july around 9:45 pm. He is very rude all the time and his hairs and T-Shirt full of sweat touching the food. He always rude and throwing away the food.

   My girlfriend and I ordered subway for dinner, only to find that the order wasn't made as advertised. I ordered the Smoky BBQ Bacon Chicken Classic Footlong Sandwich, which included no sauce and looked incredibly very hastily put together. The order also took thirty minutes longer to leave the restaurant than suggested by the app. To top it off, the stickers on our order looked slightly peeled and reapplied, and portions of the cookies had been torn away. In all fairness, the delivery driver likely tampered with our order, but the order was still wrong nonetheless. Not a great experience :(
