Was on the phone waiting for sushi orders, picked a sushi box, the staff stared at me from the kitchen, came out, took my cash and slammed the change back on the bench and walked away. left in shock, not impressed at all.     The food is good, but the bento box gave me the runs. They also don’t make food early which is a shame when you want to pick something up for work in the morning. And the customer service is sadly lacking, staff are quite brusque, and look overworked all the time.

    I always used to come here for my sushi but that stops today. They had only made 3 meals made by 10:30 so I asked if they could whip something up for me. The lady at the front was so rude. I asked if they would be able to make me teriyaki chicken on rice and she gave me a snappy answer "no we don't make that" then continued on making her sushi. I went down to abonhead mall and the customer service was outstanding! They had all their food made and were so delighted to see someone buying from them.
