Really delicious crumbed cod, took it for a picnic up the hill.

By far the worst fish and chips we have experienced. The fish was way over cooked with no flavor. The fish had the texture of chicken. There was nothing special about the chips. They were dry with no salt and we asked for salt. We will not be returning.

Nice little place with good prices. The won tons and prawns are very good! The fish & chips was ok. Don't expect credit card (foreigners).

Fish was the smallest piece of fish ever had in NZ. Fries were average. They've reached like 100% inflation now. Or maybe I was just unlucky.

Great fish and chips shop! The chips were crispy yet soft, and the fish was cooked so nicely. The fish was a little fishy, but what can you expect from frozen fish? Still really enjoyed it and would totally go back for some affordable & delish fish and chips

Good portion size but also not the cheapest place. Handy on the way to Sumner or the estuary. Not the cleanest chippy shop either.

I like their home-made spring rolls. Their 'ordinary' fish (elephant fish or rig) are of decent size & thickness - unlike most places where it's all batter & hardly any fish. Always perfectly cooked, with crisp chips. Owners a sweet quiet couple who give lovely service. I don't live in the neighborhood but will go out of my way to patronize theirvshop.

WARNING. Absolutely disgusting food. I asked for fresh crumbed cod, a battered sausage and chips. The crumbed cod was so overcooked the crumbs were burnt. The fish inside was slimy and undercooked. Seemed as if they had cooked the precrumbed fish from frozen and it was so disgusting even the cat turned its nose up and walked away. The sausage was so tough, I could note bite through it. The chips were so soggy they were glued to the paper. And to make matters worse, itchy lumps came up over my skin through the night and the next morning had diarrhoea. DO NOT EAT HERE
