   Absolutely terrible experience. The manager have extremely bad behavior—rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. If you ask for anything extra, they immediately demand more money. Even after paying the full amount, they only serve rice, which is unacceptable. This place is a total scam and a complete waste of money. If you want it even harsher or short and brutal for Google reviews, tell me.

   Worst Japanese or Korean restaurant ever , ramen use frozen port slice boiled with blood . Taste like raw port , very discussting. They sell 19 dollars and give this quality of meat is unbelievable . Never be back

   I'm a regular here. The food is great, with nice selections. I'm just posting as on the evening of Friday August 15th I witnessed a customer ahead of me berating the gentleman working the till, and demanding an apology as "he didn't appreciate him throwing his change at him." (Edit: It probably just dropped through the customer's palm accidentally. One of the perils of using cash at all). Whatever happened, the customer was not in the right. The server handled the situation with grace and dignity, and I just wanted to publically say I support him, and appreciate his service to the community. I hope this customer taking a bad day out on you didn't ruin your shift. Keep up the good work, Katsubi.

   I had an amazing experience the other day but today I was disappointed. The food is delicious but the service was outrageous a male with circle glasses who seems to be new as a female employee was helping him. The lovely lady had then helped me after the male employee let 2 group of customers infront of me. 1 before i could order and the other while i was ordering. Very dissapointed. Would be 1 star but the lovely lady helped me with a smile.

   Nice quick stop for food if we were in a hurry. You can build your meal of meat, rice and salad. I find the meat to be quite too sweet for me, other members of the family loves it.

   We ordered a lovely wee brunch takeaway of two bowls and a tokoyaki snack pack We both ordered the regular bowl where you can choose two meat products and it's served with rice and your choice of salad, also up to two sauces. My bowl had rice and kimchi salad with spicy tofu and Teriyaki chicken My partner had rice, kimchi salad with added jalapeños, olives and corn and peas mix topped with kimchi pork and teriyaki crispy chicken. Definitely a good snack to have in a nice atmosphere with lovely staff servers. Even if you decide to dine in and can't finish your bowl they can give you a lid to take it home for later. Thank you for the food and experience
