   I had a great experience at Nando’s Northland! The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, flavorful, and grilled just right. The Mediterranean salad with halloumi was fresh and delicious, a perfect side that balanced the meal nicely. The service was friendly, the place was clean, and the food came out quickly. Definitely one of the best Nando’s visits I’ve had. I’ll be back soon!

   Chicken was uncooked, customer service staff rushing out at b4 9pm . Wasn't happy as the Chicken was half cooked. Expecting treavel from far away to have a juicy chicken but was ridiculous as customer service staff Wasn't helpful.

   Excellent taste of Home. Beautiful spicy hot chicken and Chips. Order at the counter or via QR code. Service quick and you can add as much sauce as you want wish from the sideboard.

   I've been to this place about 4 times, and the food wasn't bad. However, instead of improving, it was shocking to see that they continue to provide this worst-of-the-worst service in an endless cycle. It puts me in a bad mood every time I go. No matter how good the food is, I don't want to go back again. There are so many good restaurants out there. But why is 1 star the lowest? I don't even want to give 1 star. Can't i choose 0 stars?

   Not grilled well anymore. It is used to be good, very well fried but now even well done chicken is not fried well as a result it has bad chicken smell. I asked the staff there why is it not like before, he replied, we have been instructed to change the way of frying of chicken. Now we do not like Nandos chicken in chch anymore.

   I visited this place today and had the worst experience. There were three or four people working, and only one table had customers sitting at it. As soon as one of the employees came in, just like last time, they told me to sit at the table and order online. Last time, it took over 10 minutes to order when I sat at the table. Since I was already here, I said I would order from here. But when I tried to place my order, there was no one at the front. The manager was cooking, one person was sitting in the kitchen, and the other was hiding behind to urge me to order online. When I asked them to take my order, the manager said they were too busy, which I really couldn't understand. Furthermore, the manager lied that orders could only be placed online. It's absurd to say that people who are elderly and have difficulty using mobile phones, those whose phones are broken and can't be used, and those who don't have a phone at the moment cannot order food. This is supposedly Nandos' policy. Is that true? It's necessary to carefully examine what they are doing in the store through CCTV. I am currently at the Riccarton branch, and despite being very busy, the staff here did not pushed me to order online and kindly took my order in person. If they only take online orders, could you also explain why there is a card terminal in the store?
