“So initially these guys were hella quick to respond to my e-mail request for timber despite me being a massive noob. They were very patient and clear with their communication. The timber was amazing, we got macro which was just beautiful for our deck. Picture here unfinished. There was a little bit of spoilage, and I was 1x4.5m length short of the total deck facings bit. I e-mailed again to explain and they (Declan?) quickly agreed to replace the broken cracked bits with a full length so I could finish the deck. They are not the standard orange but a fluro green. They have everything here and a very knowledgable staff who will help and have advice on everything in store.
