“We bought two shower set and a bathtub here. The quality is good for this price. The shower door glass is 8mm thick which is quite stable rather than some wobbling glass door. The warehouse staff made twice mistakes. They delivered wrong items and also missed some items. They need to double check. Trade depot staff has such a great patience. Owen helped us find a suitable shower tray. And Sachin was smart and responsible as well. He tried his best to look for suitable corner waste three sided tray for us, but unfortunately there isn't. Then he gave us an idea to buy a two sided corner waste tshower tray and to weld the third side. A brilliant solution for our awkward situation. Great customer service! Great products.”

“Needed a couple of random little plumbing bits for work, knew this place would have everything we needed and after a bit of rummaging managed to find exactly what we needed. Saved a couple hundred bucks over buying new. We felt like things were priced pretty fair. Basically what you want to sell things for if you were the seller but still a few bargains in there. Amazing variety of items, you could spend half the day in there! The guy at the counter was friendly, had a nice chat and a laugh when we paid but great how he leaves you to look at things rather than trying be a salesman and bothering you. Love this place, will be back :)”
