   I bought a cabinet here and it came with no manual, the pieces of the cabinet were un even, poorly designed and easy to break. The customer service on their shop is also bad, I recieved an email saying my package was delivered and it wasn't so I came to the shop asking if it was delievered, but after i told him the story he said " what do you want me to do about it? ", in a rude way. Making it seem like hr doesn't care that I didn't recieve it

   READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY Bought the xclusive boule bed base in size double it turns up completely unusable. The wooden frame splintered and full of chips missing. (See attached photos) Took ages for them to process the refund after they collected it. I kept having to chase them up. Then I stupidly ordered a bed base from them again not seeing it was the same company. And I sent it to the wrong address so I emailed them to get it delivered to the right place. They collected it from the wrong address i had sent it to but without having a packing slip so it wasn't marked as picked up. Then 2 days later they tried to collect it again. I call them saying theyve already collected it and they argue with me saying they havent. They transfer me to another guy I had been dealing with regarding this, JAMES (the only person who actually helped me sort this out so thank you). He said it was probably not ticked off in the courier system and that they'd talk to them and find it for me. After another week of chasing this up on the friday they said they'd just send me a new one out on monday theyd send me the tracking for it. I dont know why they didnt just do this in the first place??? Monday- no tracking link sent through. Today (Tuesday) I call them again saying i havent received a tracking link. They tell me (i swear to god I nearly threw my phone) "it hasnt been sent out yet" luckily they sent it out today and I have received it and it is in much better condition than the first bed base because this one is metal. Overall just a nightmare to deal with them, so many phone calls had to be made and so much time spent on this. I would never recommend them even with this new base being better

   Purchased a Monitor Dual Arm Stand. Prompt delivery & well priced. Took awhile to understand the instructions of how to put it together (probably just me) but once done, its a stable unit holding both monitors. Would recommend.

   Great frame, great mattress! Very easy and fast to assemble and very stable. Awesome, good night sleeps. :-) I have to admit that I was a bit vary when buying it but it exceeded my expectation. Good value for money. Delivery was super fast and good communicated. Highly recommended! Thank you guys :-)

   Got many of our furniture here, i.e. side tables, bar stools, shoe cabinet, etc. and they are great. Good design, easy to install, and durable so far. Staff are accommodating and great too, notably Indi who noticed how we've become regulars and gave us a free laptop bag, as well as his dispatch co-worker who was very friendly and assisted us with the loading. Definitely will continue coming back for our future furniture needs.

   Bought a bed frame 3 months ago and the structure of the frame is totally unstable. It’s fall in pieces when I was sleeping! my back and shoulder gets hurt. Tried to get in touch with them through email, but the staff blamed me for not contacting him in time and refused to returning. Bad shopping experience ever. Won’t go shopping here again.
