   Very disappointed with Miele’s customer service and after-sales support. I logged a service request for my dishwasher on 20 November, and three weeks later, it is still not repaired. Communication has been poor. I was also surprised to learn that there appears to be only one technician covering the Canterbury region, which has resulted in unacceptable delays. For a premium brand, this level of service is simply not good. The technician is good. No complaint there.

   Just contacted the service cetre re our Miele washing machine that has stopped working. Still under warranty this is the second time it has required a technician visit. Unfortunately the first available time is 9 days away. We are rural and no easy access to a laundromat as an alternative and my wife has her arm in a cast so unable to hand wash or drive and I work shift work. This seems an unreasonable delay for a service visit.

   Went to the Master Class dinner and utterly enjoyed ourselves. Cieran, Sue and Taylor were the perfect hosts and food was out of this world _ and yes all cooed on Miele appliances, of course.

   I recently visited the Miele Experience Centre to help me make a decision about our kitchen renovation. I'm looking to upgrade to a high-end appliance package, and Miele has been at the top of our list. The first thing that stands out is how different this place is from a regular appliance store. It's a gorgeous, well-designed space that feels more like a luxury showroom than a retail outlet. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. We were immediately offered a coffee and invited to look around at our own pace. The main highlight for us was the live cooking demonstration. The Miele chef, Ciarin, showcased the full potential of their convection steam oven, induction cooktop, and combi-steam oven by preparing a full meal. Being able to see the appliances in action was invaluable. We saw firsthand how the steam injection feature works for baking bread and how a full roast can be cooked perfectly with their special programs. It gave us a much better understanding of the technology than just reading a spec sheet online. The staff, Sarah, Taylor and Sue, were experts, not just salespeople. They were able to answer all of our technical questions and gave us genuine advice on which appliances would best fit our needs and lifestyle, without any pressure to buy. They took the time to explain the differences between various models, highlighting features we didn't even know existed, like the pyrolytic self-cleaning and the unique "Knock2open" dishwasher feature. Overall, our visit to the Miele Experience Centre was a fantastic and highly informative experience. If you're considering Miele appliances, I can't recommend a visit here enough. It truly helps you appreciate the quality, performance, and craftsmanship that goes into their products. It turned our shopping trip from a chore into a genuinely enjoyable and educational experience.
