Exceptionally helpful advice and didn't try to push a sale on me
When I walked into the store, it was clean but uncomfortably cold. I dislike waiting for service, and the salesman I encountered was pushy. For a store that claims to have “experts in colour,” I was surprised they didn’t even have a colour consultant available. Overall, it felt like a poor experience, so I ended up going to another store where the staff were much more helpful.
