We cannot thank Trends Kitchens enough for helping us with our grand-designed kitchen in Queenstown. They were the best! Our build was a challenging journey, spanning two and a half years. Despite the numerous hurdles, trends Kitchens stood by us, even when our timeline was extended by over a year. Andy from the Christchurch office was a constant source of support, always available to answer our questions and provide advice. We also had the privilege of working with the Cromwell office, our local store near Queenstown. Their unwavering support and dedication were instrumental in successfully completing our project. Our kitchen, a grand centerpiece in the design of our holiday home, was a testament to Trends Kitchens' craftsmanship. It boasts black cabinetry, an impressive stone benchtop, exquisite lighting, and a host of unique features including a stunning curved island bench. Trends Kitchens also crafted our storage cupboards, wardrobes, laundry, and bathroom vanities. As a late addition, we requested six stunning timber storage lockers, which they seamlessly integrated into the design. Everyone at Trends was so easy to deal with. Even when we changed our minds and wanted to include extra things, they were very happy to look after everything for us. Ours is a very expensive holiday home, and everything had to be first class; Trends Kitchens ticks every box. This is a first-class operation; everyone we worked with was easy to speak to and cared about us. We will use Trends Kitchens when we build our fourth level next year. I would like to inform that Trendz kitchen has poor maintenance service. My kitchen was installed 02 months ago and 02 of the doors are still missing. My builder has followed it up as well but still no response. Please be aware you will have these issues when you deal with Trendz Kitchen.
I don't know rest of the team but the reception team is not professional at any cost. I have visited the showroom and requested for the quote by providing all the details. The receptionist told me that they are busy these days and will come back in couple of days with an appointment with the designer. After 3-weeks, I called them again and another employee picked up my query and told me to come back by the end of day but again no response. Next day, the receptionist and the other employee rolled me between each other and then they stopped picking up the phone. Lastly, the receptionist sent me the email that I have to wait for another 1-month. Just waste of time. Poor customer service. I tried to find the Customer Service Manager information so that their receptionist will not waste other customers time. I know they are pretty busy but they were non-responsive, wasted 3-weeks time, poor communication, poor customer service etc. I have all the proofs to communicate with them by email.
Because this company manufactures their own kitchen on site you can expect a perfect job every time. This is why I am a repeat customer. My old kitchen still looks new after fifteen years, so I am using Trends for my new home. Very obliging, professional and friendly staff who look after your needs..
We recently had a new kitchen installed by Trends Kitchens and both my wife and I are delighted with the result. It would be fair to say that we were a little pedantic with what we wanted in our new kitchen, we'd done a fair amount of research and were confident that Trends was the right company for us. From the initial consultation with Anne T, through to the completed product, we felt the design service, installation and after-installation support was excellent. A special mention to Anne whose patience, care and exceptional design knowledge ensured that we got the kitchen we wanted.
