Shocking service. Have tried multiple times to go in and buy tiles. Warehouse never seems to be open, communication is appalling. Staff assisting you just walk away before you've finished your interaction with them. Condescending when they speak to you.
This place was recommended by our family friend and we purchase our tiles through them and got it shipped over to Nelson. Send us the wrong product now not returning or fixing the issue. Very rude people to deal with I would never recommend this place. Once they get your money that's it.
If you are in a wheelchair forget this place as the entry is too tight. Staff just stand there staring out the window, n attempt to even try and enquire what I was after. In this day and age disgusting 0 for service!
Fanatics shop and cheerful staff that can help you get any tiles you after and many other amazing varieties of tiles you would love as well. Highly recommend for all tiles products:)
