It's Always been a pleasure shopping at Adairs Riccarton. The girls are very patient and address to your needs. I was served by Kim today and we spent quite some time looking for the right duvet, sheets, covers, pillows, towels etc. She helped me made the right decision as per my needs. She was really knowledgeable about the different products & extremely patient. Thanks to you! I was also later assisted by Katey who even dropped off my shopping bags to the carpark. In the past I have been assisted by William who is also an amazing staff to deal with. Thanks to the entire team at Adairs Riccarton. Love their products :)

There is a sales very rude. She forgot to put my membership card when I purchased a sheet set and I realized after I paid. First she was saying sorry I just forgot and itβs a $3 different. I wasnβt really happy about what she was saying. I know itβs a small amount but thatβs the whole point we pay our membership. After she refunded to my card, the EFTPOS machine ask me to sign the receipt then she accused me whether I was using the same card which I did and why I have to sign now not when I purchased the product. She found really annoyed that I was asking for a refund which Iβm entitled to. Her whole attitude was very unprofessional and impatient. I only gave one stars itβs because of her service was very poor and unprofessional.

I had a great experience at Adairs recently when I purchased two pillows for my wife and I. The receptionist was great and the person that was assigned to help me, William, was very friendly and helpful. Generally when you visit a shop like this, you can feel a little pressure to buy something even if you're unsure it is a good match, especially if you've tried several products. I didn't get that feeling at all from Adairs: William answered all of my questions and let me try out several products without any issue. I'd definitely recommend checking out Adairs if you're looking for a good pillow and want to deal with good staff.

Today I was served by William. He helped me with two duvet sets for my little girls. My youngest daughter fell in love with a dolly and her birthday is coming up he helped me hide the doll distract her and secretly purchase it. I have it wrapped now waiting till July 22nd. His customer service was one of the best I have experienced recently and I just wanted to leave this review to let Adair's know I only purchased $300 worth of product because of his fabulous service. I have already recommended him to three friends. Thank you again for not being pushy and for serving us with empathy rather than seeing a mum with two energetic tiny children as a threat to display

If you order anything online make sure you purchase it months in advance. The shipping will take ages. I ordered something for my daughters birthday 3 and a half weeks ago and still it has not arrived. Thatβs pretty ridiculous! I like this brand and the staff are friendly in store but online shopping is not what they are good at.

I just had the most amazing customer service from Debbie, Lisa and Cicily at Adairs in Riccarton. I bought 2 duvets and 4 pillow cases for my new motor home and I found the colours were not matching. They helped me exchange them and choose 2 new duvets with pillow cases and 4 contrasting euro pillow cases to dress it up. It was a very long process finding the right colour combinations and they were so patient and helpful. We even went 1/4 of an hour passed their closing time to get it sorted. The end result looks stunning thanks to their extra effort. Update; October 2021. I've just got a second ensemble with the help of the girls at Adairs in Riccarton. It looks as amazing as the first one, photo attached.

I purchased a duvet cover with the matching pillow sets, unfortunately there wasn't stock instore however I was able to order instore for another store in NZ to send stock. I had to pay $10.00 to get this stock down, this would be the first time I have ever had to pay for a store to do a stock transfer. Considering I was also spending nearly $250 I think this is quite disappointing. I also had to wait a week and a half to get the stock instore due to set ordering days Adair's has - with the quick freight services we now have, I'm also disappointed in this. When I went to collect my items, I had 4 pillow cases and a large duvet and was not given a bag. I was given an option to pay $3.00 per bag! Again, bit of a sad service considering the amount of money spent and time I waited for the actual product. It's a shame as the set is nice and the original service I had received in store was so good.
