   I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Steve, the salesperson, was knowledgeable, listened to what our needs were and quickly sorted out an excellent and affordable heatpump. The guys who installed it were friendly, respectful and tidy. And it looks great and is easy to use. It was installed 4 months ago, so have used it in different seasons, and it has added very little to the power bill. We have had a few 35 degree days here recently, and it has been an absolute godsend. I am very happy with my purchase, and the service I got from everyone in the company I dealt with.

   Tried to get an assessment to quickly have heating solution installed in my home and couldn’t even make a booking with the sales person. Tried as per website to book a Saturday by appointment and then 4:30pm. This appeared to be too much effort for the salesperson. Would not want to experience the service if this is the attitude towards booking. Clearly a sale is not of concern.
