Highly recommend this clinic, they are our normal vet, but also saw us on a busy day without an appointment when our pup had to get stitches after a walk where she cut her paw badly. Not only are they professional, but it’s clear they love animals - very glad I chose them when we moved back to Christchurch.
My partner and I were blown away recently by a random act of kindness that went way beyond great customer service. We had to have one of our beautiful cats put down due to illness back in May 2020. I was at the vet last week and they told me they had kept her ashes and would I like to take her home. So now Macy is back home where she belongs and we are so grateful. I just wanted people to know how much we appreciated the wonderfully kind gesture.
As a cat breeder, we take all our cats here. The ladies are all wonderful and the Vet is excellent.
I've been going for a number of years now. I'm so lucky that they let me pay $5 weekly to my account so I never have vet bills. I buy treats and toys at Xmas and still my money adds up. I was going to Hardwood vets, but after a few years of paying $5, I was told they no longer accept it and wanted me to pay $20. I wasn't paying off a bill it was just to sit in my account. I can't afford that each week. Also the staff are amazingly friendly and I've learnt a lot about my pets.
Just wonderful people. Steve is incredible and such a nice man, Bridie is fantastic also. Had our wee dog euthanized and they were just lovely. Love this place,have told all my friends about this vet. Wish I had found them sooner.
Straight talk. I will only deal with a Dr who is very good and that's for myself, the same applies to my dog too, and this is why I only take him here. Top Shelf Vet, you can't go past that.
The vet service was really good I felt. Our local vet had closed down so it was easy to transfer to these guys and they had all our cats information.
Excellent, been with Redwood vets for 20yrs+ never had an issue always listens and gives sound advice. Great team!
Our beautiful much loved dog collapsed before Christmas, couldn't walk, eat. We were referred to Redwood Vets and now after much care & Proffessional service & support, & care, shes on the mend, THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone. Forever greatful to you all
