Excellent food which was a surprise as I had only thought of ot as a Bar. Very good good though. Great selection of beer many on tap. Atmosphere is good - it's a single large area so not much you can do with that but still very good
Great food and great people. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the multiple times I have been here the food was never meh. Always a great quality and taste and I like that they regularly vary the menu slightly. Our go to place in Rolly! The atmosphere is elevated pub-restaurant. A few interior design changes and lighting changes to break up the wide open room a bit, could make it feel a bit more cozy. It is still a great atmosphere and feel good restaurant.
Fist time here. Had the Lamb Rump and Panacotta This would be the best meal any where in Rolleston by far. Could do with another dessert added to menu. But overall Fantastic.
A delectable cocktail & scrumptious hot chips & jalapeno cheesy garlic bread was appreciated on my first visit to this venue. An open & airy pub with soft background music meant our group could chatter & enjoy the moment. It's a 4 out of 5 stars as it got crowded later in the evening & people were bumping into one another to get to their tables. However it highlights the popularity of the venue.
This is the rating in advance. We are starting a tour through all our local restaurants! These guys are going to be the next one! A few friends of us have been here and absolutely love it. My husband ordered the fish of the day (salmon), it was tasty and the meal presentation was nice. I ordered two entrances: classic aioli chips and shrimp fritters, which was also really good. They were fully booked but there was a table available for the next two hours, the staff offered it for us, which suited us well. This kind of attention makes the experience even better, you can notice that they care about their customers and want their customers to have a good experience not only by eating their food, but these small details as well. We appreciated it. Will definitely return with friends.
