   Was totally unprepared for the quality of the food that arrived at our table - Creamy Mushrooms and Lambs Fry and Bacon. It took a little time to prepare because everything was freshly cooked. My lambs fry took me back some 75 years to my grandmother’s kitchen which was not too far from where Kai Kitchen is today. Terrific atmosphere, ever so friendly staff. Do try it - it is a visit you won’t regret.

   Been meaning to try this cafe for awhile now and so glad we did food was great we had the mushrooms and the mince. Both where really good meals full of flavor and well seasoned and we got looked after very well by the friendly staff. We would highly recommend this place.

   Lovely customer service, the food was amazing, even the salad was amazing, unfortunately i wont be going back for the simple fact that i was told there might be a forty minute wait, which i was ok with but was served after waiting nearly 90 minutes, if i was told there was even an hour wait i would of tried somewhere else. That being said apart from the time it took everything else was amazing

   Fortunately tumbled upon Kitchen 109 one late Friday afternoon. It was like home away from home including the Vintage furniture. Lois the was super friendly. Her coffee was excellent as were the offerings from the chiller. I'll def be back next time I'm wandering down Seaview Road

   I have been meaning to do a review for Kitchen 109 for quite some time now. This café is my go to when I'm in New Brighton, which is almost daily as I work in New Brighton...I'd be shocked and appalled at myself for this detail, if the food wasn't so AMAZING! I tend to eat a high fat/protein diet and low carb (essentially keto) and the ladies in this café never disappoint me with their yummy keto options. What makes it even better is that the service is incredible! If you want to go somewhere relaxed, friendly, and with tasty, scrumptious food...…Kitchen 109 is the place to go :)
