   Went for a set menu Festive Christmas Lunch with a group of 43. The cafe was very busy, serving over 100 lunches but the service was prompt, polite and very friendly. The food was delicious and beautifully served. Will definitely consider them for future bookings for a group as well as going as an individual. Took a star off the "atmosphere" because someone from one of the other parties there got hold of a microphone and disturbed every other group by using the PA system. The staff did try to stop them but it was a golf group in a Golf Club Cafe! 15 to 20 from our club meet at the Clubhouse Cafe once a month for great coffee, food and service! The Date Scones are delicious!

   Beautiful big breakfast paired with refreshing ice mocha. Everything is cooked to perfection and not overly salty, but amazingly tasty. Probably the best big breakfast I’ve eaten for a really long time. Will definitely come back for more.

   We come here a lot for brunch, lunch or a drink in the afternoon. It is so lovely to sit outside in the summer or during the winter its a cozy atmosphere inside. The staff are so lovely and friendly! The food is AMAZING and there is so much to chose from. My husband thinks the burgers are fantastic. Other favourites are the Wedges, Eggs Royale, Beef Nachos, Sweetcorn Fritters and the chips are the best in town! The baking is also incredible - carrot cake is my favourite. It is so nice to have somewhere local with such great service, atmosphere, delicious food and great prices.

   Jowett Car Club Christchuch Branch came to The Clubhouse Cafe (pre booked) for afternoon tea. Tables were set out for us (20 plus people). Excellent service and suggestions from the cafe ladies and good choices of food. Prices very reasonable. I didn't get a chance to thank the person I organized our club event with as they were very busy as we left. We thankyou here.

   Good food and a great view, nice place to chill out have a tasty breakfast, had the big breakfast and the eggs royale with a side of hash browns and bacon. All fantastic, was a quite day on the course so peace view.

   I am visiting from central Auckland, where the cafe scene is prominent. Our organisation (Amputee and Disability Golf) held our 2020 tournament at Waimari GC over the last week. The quality and service from Mark and the staff was outstanding. Far superior to any experience I have had in Auckland. Dare I say the reputation for best cafe will no longer exist for Auckland. I was blown away with the homemade pies, which reminded me of the pies I had as a kid. Our first round snack was a sumptuous platter where the quantity and quality was supurb. The buffet dinner was absolutely delightful with 2 cuts of meat and a great selection of sides. This was followed by a fabulous trio of dessert. Everyone left satisfied and most impressed. Thanks to Mark for looking after us especially with the special touches like the personalized menus!
