“Beautiful scenic farm with wide, clear view of the sunset across green fields. No loud roosters either! 2 boys of 7 and 9 loved it and did not want to leave. They fed and pettec the pigs, chickens, ponies and alpacas each morning. The 2 pigs were a big hit. 1 was as friendly as a dog. They also loved the trampoline.”

“Hidden gem in the quiet part of the zoo on the south American track. Found was excellent comparable to any cafes in town. We had the eggs Benedict with bacon and chips with Parmesan and truffle”

“Really happy with our two night stay at the Surrey. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and fresh. Pool kept the kids happy. Food at the pub was delicious! We had a breakfast and a dinner meal, both times with 10 people and the food was hot fresh and delicious. It’s not a super fancy hotel but it was everything we needed for our little Auckland vacation - proximity to the zoo was super helpful too!”

“This review is solely based on their coffee. Mojo coffee served here which is simply amazing. Wifey had a Latte and I had a long black which tasted delicious. Food options are very limited. Could use more snacks like scones or muffins. Customer service needs improvement as well, maybe more smiley faces?”

“Absolutely stunning service from all departments within one business. We purchased their "Nap" sofa bed as a secondary couch for our house to have as a back up bed for our home office. We dealt with Aida who was absolutely amazing and patient throughout our experience. Aida advised us that the couch would be available for delivery in 2 weeks which was not a problem so we purchased the couch on this basis. However 3 days later I received a call from their warehouse (so was just as friendly!) advising a delivery was available the upcoming weekend which was pleasantly surprising. We were advised that I would receive a further text prior to delivery giving us a delivery window. This text was received 2 days prior to delivery and was written very professionally (looking at YOU Nick Scali) which advised a delivery time of 9-12pm. The gentleman also said I'd receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. On the day of delivery at 1110am, I was advised that they would arrive in 30 minutes. At 1135am, my couch was delivered. It's a shame we used Freedom furniture to purchase our secondary couch, as we have received legendary service from them in comparison to Nick Scali who charged twice the price, but provides half the service. Target: Great price ✓✓✓ Under promised, over delivered.... Literally ✓✓✓ Great communication! ✓✓✓ Amazing staff to deal with ✓✓✓ There is nothing I couldn't fault them on at all.”

“Refund went well for us guys!! After reading all these reviews I was worried I would have problems being refunded after Elton John being canceled. Well, I didn't receive my refund in the time frame, contacted ticketmaster via Facebook, turns out I had the same card, but expiry was different. I gave them the correct expiry & was told it's now processed and 3-5 working days I'll have my money. in my account. And yes, I have it now. There are alot of bad reviews on here, so thought I'd jump on and give my experience ✌️”
