   Do not use the re-sell function!!! I solar two tickets recently and am yet to be paid, it has been 4 weeks since I was told the payment would be 10 days. Support is crap.

   After trying to log in through the Ap for a week I finally gave up deleted and reloaded still no luck. Called to get tickets sent and although all my details are on file including email address they could not help as account in wife's name.

   Something needs to be done about bots buying tickets. Example, Tool. All GA tickets sold out. You're able to buy vast amounts of tickets that are being resold on another website. Clearly, bots. Joining a waiting room, waiting in a queue. 1000 people ahead of me and you're sold out by the time I actually get in to purchase. Beyond frustrating.

   These guys are an absolute joke. Upon attempting to log on to purchase presale tickets for which I had an access code I was asked to verify my account a total of 8 times, taking me over half an hour and losing any access to tickets I had a chance of buying. Thanks Ticketmaster! It's not like we get many concerts in NZ anymore and you ruined the opportunity to see my favorite band!

   cant believe how frustrating this company is and even though the reviews are so bad ticketmaster is still operating. Trying to load ID for a ticket refund I have tried at least 10 times, with valid ID. Ticket master have $200 of my money that they will not release, because of stupid systems. no reply on the phone, either. this is bullshit

   I have been waiting for Elton John tickets for since Dec 2022 when his concert tickets were rescheduled due to be unable to make the new dates. Every time I call I am assured that the refund will happen in 21 working days. We are now in April and I am told to wait another 21 working days. This is simply not good enough.

   Would give an 0 if possible. We re listed our Ed Sheeran with Ticketmaster and they sold. We were advised that we would have the money in our account within the next 12 working days. It has now been 2 months and no money received. We have emailed, called and messaged on Facebook no response and no help. This company is the worst! We are $400 short and ticket master is $800 up. Absolutely ridiculous!

   Ticketmaster rescheduled an event I got tickets for. The time between the original dates and the rescheduled dates were 2 years! Then when I asked for a date exchange or a refund they denied it! Horrible business that breaks New Zealand consumer laws on the daily. Will never use again.

   Have tried to get a refund for our Elton John tickets but as we no longer have a credit card it has become beyond a joke and have been given the complete run around. Sent emails but no positive outcome. Tried calling numerous times but "our lines are all busy please ring back". Doesn't seem to make a difference as to what time of day you call. Super frustrating. I'd give them no stars if this was possible.

   Refund went well for us guys!! After reading all these reviews I was worried I would have problems being refunded after Elton John being canceled. Well, I didn't receive my refund in the time frame, contacted ticketmaster via Facebook, turns out I had the same card, but expiry was different. I gave them the correct expiry & was told it's now processed and 3-5 working days I'll have my money. in my account. And yes, I have it now. There are alot of bad reviews on here, so thought I'd jump on and give my experience ✌️
