“We booked our tour with The Travel Warehouse. It was a small group tour through Tuscany. We can't stop raving about the experience. The whole 11 days were absolutely amazing. We visited and stayed in some amazing places. We were fortunate enough to have Peter travel with us, he acted as our tour guide and made sure that we saw all the sites. We travelled around in luxury Mercedes-Benz 7 seaters. Our drivers were incredible. We can't fault this tour and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit northern Italy.”

“Really happy with our two night stay at the Surrey. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and fresh. Pool kept the kids happy. Food at the pub was delicious! We had a breakfast and a dinner meal, both times with 10 people and the food was hot fresh and delicious. It’s not a super fancy hotel but it was everything we needed for our little Auckland vacation - proximity to the zoo was super helpful too!”

“Wanted to say a huge shout out and thank you to Globus Brand and Avalon. Just completed a 15-day Magnificent Europe river cruise aboard Imagery II, and it was absolutely fantastic. Even though the cruise ended at Passau due to high water levels, Avalon well and truly took good care of us, bussing us to Vienna and Budapest, putting us up in luxurious hotels, providing us each with 30 euros for lunch and compensating us 50% cost for days we werent aboard. This company truly has outstanding customer service standards. Best in the business! If you want a relaxed holiday on board a stunning boat with top professional staff, then try Avalon. The ‘Jewels of India Tour’ from which I have just returned certainly was ‘above & beyond’ Bursts of colour, architecture, landscapes & of course the people very proud of traditions & very welcoming. Pleasant & attentive. Ahh the food, so much & soooo good, alfresco, picnic, wonderful. Cuddling & walking with an elephant, safari to find leopards & we did. Magic. Even took in a little Bollywood.
