I am extremely happy with their excellent customer service even after hours .Just give them a call and you ticket is sorted in 10 min. They are knowledgeable not only in terms of selling tickets but also in terms of all the terms and conditions for travelling guidelines speically after covid.
Recently booked my tickets through echo travels. The rates provided by them were more reasonable compared to other agents. Good advice offered regarding the travel. It would be my go to place for future trips as well.
Very bad customer service over the phone. Really needed to book my flight ASAP. Whatever i have ask he was kept telling it is not possible, this gonna cost. I said don’t worry about money. Seems he wasn’t interested to make money or do the business.
We had purchased tickets from them in the beginning of 2020. The biggest mistake ever made! Unfortunately we couldn’t travel due to COVID. Now we have been chasing them since 6 months for a refund. They are never present in their physical address. They never respond to calls and texts on the first go. You literally have to chase them down. They are inconsistent on their words. They have also deducted a percentage from the full amount paid. False promises!! Worst service you can ever get. Better deal with people who knows their business and can offer hassle free customer service. Will never buy from them again!
