around 12pm to 12.30pm I think Japanese lady called Mina with pierced on her lower lip and black hair, i and my younger sister received horrible service from her such as she tried to ripped off money ($32.5 we ordered fish n chips, milk shake with whipped cream/strawberry sauce and onion rings) from me and forgot to gave us onion rings today, when we ordering, she was talking behind someones back and our back in Japanese with other lady which makes us very unpleasant and destroyed our day today!!! other chinese staff lady was helped us to get a onion rings who has got much more better customer service than Mina so which ia completely okay, but i am also native of Japanese so i completely understand what you are talking that is so miserable and ugly!!!

Absolute rip off. Ordered onions rings for $8 and got 5 onions rings and half dish of ranch dressing. Asked for my zoo pass discount and she said it was to late that the total was already rung through.

This review is solely based on their coffee. Mojo coffee served here which is simply amazing. Wifey had a Latte and I had a long black which tasted delicious. Food options are very limited. Could use more snacks like scones or muffins. Customer service needs improvement as well, maybe more smiley faces?

Prices are okay though quality is a bit poor. Brought chicken burger at $15.60 I think it was; these was a really small THIN piece of chicken; the brie melted to the side of the wrapped and a blande chutney that over power the burger. Onion rings came in at around $8 came with a watery ranch dressing. And finished off with a raspberry milkshake which was mostly over loaded with syrup. I asked if it was possible to have oat milk (would of paid as it was an option on their drinks) was coldly told no. Tables were covered in ants and bird poop. Should of gone to Te Pune!

This is a cafe in the Auckland zoo, so fair to anticipate simple, yet overpriced food, as you would expect from any place with a captive audience. Got the chips, chicken fingers and a drink, and no complaints as it kept us going to keep exploring the zoo.... one point of note is the flamingo's and the elephant are right there, so you can see them whilst you eat..

Bit pricey but at least it was hot

Don't bother getting an iced drink here unless you enjoy just having milk with the slightest hint of flavour. Rather disappointing for $6.50+.

Nice café. Has several food options including vegan burger and falafel bites. The falafel bites were great and you can swap the Chilli mayo with vegan mayo. They serve burgers, just make sure to go before 2pm for burgers.

Not at all impressed with the coffees we ordered. Hot chocolate was very watery. 3 coffees were cold, watery and had absolutely no crema. Tasted like weak instant coffees

The menu is very small, but the food in good. The staff are very friendly and kind. The price is fair. The kids prefer the chicken fingers the the kid's burger. I loved my ice coffee, it was surprisingly really good
