   Visiting a client and using the neighbor car park without permission for over 4 hours….arrogant people…. Plenty of parking space on the road!!! Walking an extra meter won’t hurt.

   I recently engaged Michael Block and Helen Michell to sell a property in Devonport in my role as Executor of a friend's estate. I entered this process with some trepidation, given the reputation real estate agents have for genetic association with cockroaches. However, this was hands down, absolutely without doubt, the BEST experience I can imagine while selling real estate. The deal was complex, with many moving parts, but they helped me navigate it every step of the way. I felt completely supported through a minefield I knew nothing about (and could easily have got lost in, or taken advantage of), but they acted in my best interests at every opportunity. I have the receipts to prove it. They went above and beyond, personally water blasting the decks, and helping clean and garden the property to make it ready for sale, put me in touch with pre-sale financiers, and dealt with consultants, Council, and lawyers on my behalf. I could print a novel from the email correspondence generated by this deal. Luckily it's one with a happy ending, and these protagonists at least were honourable to the last. Michael and Helen are not ordinary real estate agents. They are not ordinary people. They are extraordinary. If you're looking for someone to help sell your property, these are the people you can actually trust, people whose word is still bond, whose handshake still counts as a promise to be kept. Choosing them to represent me is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Recommended
